Our Mission:

Noblemen proclaim Christ, and build up mature, multiplying disciples in their communities and beyond.

Key Verse:

Colossians 1:28 “So, naturally, we proclaim Christ! We warn everyone we meet, and we teach everyone we can, all that we know about him, so that, if possible, we may bring every man up to his full maturity in Christ. This is what I am working at all the time, with all the strength that God gives me.”

Our Distinctives:

We seek to be a ministry not born or sustained the natural way, but by The Spirit. Though we seek to be a gifted, strategic, competent ministry, we desire our greatest trait to be that “we’ve been with Jesus”. 2 Cor 3:5; Gal 4:23; Acts 4:13, Ps 27:4, Rev 2:4

Individual and corporate prayer are not perfunctory practices. Rather, they are indispensable, and integral elements of who we are and all we do. Phil 4:6; 1 Thess 5:17; Luke 18:1

We clearly and unashamedly hold to and proclaim the Scriptures. Our doctrine, values, and our ministry strategies are born out of the Word. We are mindful of cultural contexts, and seek to understand the times, but believe that The Word ought never to be bound by nor interpreted in light of trends or culture. The opinions, feelings, and preferences of man are always subject to the Scriptures. Rom 1:16; Acts 17:11; 1 Tim 2:15; Jer 17:9; 1 Chron 12:32

We are known for our loves: Love of God, The Word, The Church, The lost. Jn 13:35; Ps 119:97; 1 Pet 2:17; Jer 20:9; Luke 19:10

We use ministries to build people rather than using people to build ministries. Ez 34, Col 1:28, 2:6,7

Our leaders are humble, contrite, tremble at God’s Word, have been tested and shown to be worthy to serve, and lead with integrity of heart, skillful hands, listening ears, and sacrificial lives. Is 66:2; 1 Tim 3:10; Ps 78:72; Jn 10:11-15, Gal 5:22,23, 3 Jn 1:9; Pr 27:23

Our leaders are proven practitioners who have waves of multiplying disciplemakers behind them, beside them and before them. Jos 14:7,10,12; Col 4:17; 2 Tim 4:10; Mt 28:18-20; Ps 92:14; Is 61:9; Ezr 7:10

Those involved with us are ones who catch the eyes of the Lord as He looks throughout the earth for those whose hearts are fully committed to Him, His values, and His Kingdom. 2 Chron 16:9; Phil 2:20,21; Ez 7:10; Num 14:24

We care deeply about orthodoxy, church history, and sound doctrine. 1 Cor 15:3-5; 1 Tim 3:16; 1 Tim 3:9, 4:16; Pr 22:28; Col 3:16

We do not pursue addition at the expense of multiplication. We structure our lives,  ministries, and ministry strategies to ensure spiritual reproduction is the norm, not the exception. Gen 1:28, 12:2; Is 60:22, 2 Tim 2:2; 2 Tim 3:10; Mk 3:14

Our Gospel comes to people, not simply with words, but with power, The Holy Spirit, and with deep conviction. We boldly proclaim the Gospel and do not shy away from addressing sensitive Biblical topics in order to be more effective. 1 Thes 1:5, 2:8; Col 1:28; 1 Pt 2:7-9

Evangelism is an integral part of our discipleship process. We do not make occasional forays into the world of lost people. We do discipleship in the context of evangelism. Jn 17:15-19; 1 Peter 3:15; Mt 9:36-38

We clearly portray a Biblical picture of men and women– created, fallen, and redeemed, and call them to live and minister together in a beautiful, complementary partnership. Is 3; 1 Pet 3:1-7; Eph 5

We are marked by faith, courage, and godly risk taking. Rom 4:20,21; 1 Cor 16:13; 1 Chron 28:20

We have a good and trusted name Prov 22:1, 1 Tim 3:2,7; 1 Thess 4:10-12, Phil 2:15; 1 Pet 2:12-15, 3:13-17; 3 Jn 1:12

We are generous and sacrificial. God’s blessing and abundance is received and stewarded with open hands, and demonstrated by blessing other works with much of our best fruit. We resist allowing our contribution to the Kingdom to overshadow our commitment to THE Kingdom. The Prov 11:25; 2 Cor 9:8-11, Prov 28:25, Is 42:8; Lk 10:17-20, Phil 2:4

Our staff and volunteers live balanced, joyful lives, marked by deep intimacy with Jesus, a healthy, sustainable pace in ministry, sweet marriages, kids who feel blessed to be a part of the ministry, and rich relationships within our ministries. There is trust, respect, alignment, and desired collaboration across our work. Ex 34:21; Mt 11:28,29; Luke 10:41,42, Ecc 10:15, 3 Jn 1:10
